Ordering Options

ORDERING ONLINE

This is the easiest way to order our products.  Simply complete the on-line order form and select the submit button.  You will receive an immediate Email confirmation that your order was received, and we will process and send your Key Codes within 24 hours, usually the same day.


ORDERING by FAX

If you are concerned about sending your credit card information over the internet, then you may wish to consider faxing your order.  Complete the on-line form as if ordering through the website, then instead of submitting the order, use the print button on your browser to print the order form, then fax it to us at 407-831-6088.  We will process and send your Key Codes within 24 hours, usually the same day.


ORDERING by PHONE

You may place your order by telephone at any time.  Our answering service is available 24 hours a day.  They will send us your order via Email, and we will process it as if you had placed your order through the website.  During regular office hours, we are generally available to take your order directly, in which case we will process your order and provide your Key Codes immediately.


ORDERING by MAIL

If you wish to order by mail, complete the on-line order form, then instead of submitting the order, use the print button on your browser to print the order form and mail it to us at the address on the order form.  We will process your order and send your Key Codes the same business day we receive it.


ORDERING by AIRBORNE, FEDEX

You may send your order by an overnight service of your choice.  Usually this the only needed when you want to pay by check AND you want your order ASAP.  Complete the on-line order form, then instead of submitting the order, use the print button on your browser to print the order form and ship to us at our street address.  We will process your order and send your Key Codes the same business day we receive it.

Payment Options

PAYMENT by CREDIT CARD

We accept Visa and MasterCard (sorry, no American Express).  You may use your credit card with any of the four ordering options detailed above.  When completing the order form, be sure to double check your credit card number and expiration date.


PAYMENT by CHECK

You may pay for your order via a company or personal check.  You can submit your order by any of the four ordering methods above, but we cannot ship your order until the day we receive your check.


PURCHASE ORDERS

We accept purchase orders from Government organizations, Educational institutions and corporations listed in the NASDAQ.  Just fax or mail your purchase order and we will ship you order within 24 hours.  We will invoice your organization with the expectation of payment within 30 days.


PAYMENT by CASH

You may pay for your order in cash if you desire.  Just visit our office in Longwood, Florida, preferably after midnight.  The street spotter will frisk you for weapons and then direct you to our door, where you will slide your cash and order form through the slot.  The spotter will then direct you to another location where you can collect your order.  Due to occasional Police harassment, we sometimes suspend this service.  Just come back another time when the coast is clear.


 
Shipping Options

ONLINE SHIPPING
No Shipping Costs!

This is by far the easiest and fastest method for receiving you order.  You may download all of our software and manuals form the website at any time.  When we receive your order, we will email or fax your Key Code, which will allow you to execute the installation file to install the software on you computer immediately.  In addition, all the manuals are available through the website, where you may read them on line, download them into your computer, and/or print them at any time.


STANDARD SHIPPING via PRIORITY MAIL (2-3 days)
$15.00 per order

This is our standard method for physically delivering an Installation CD and/or the Printed Manuals.  Priority Mail takes an average of two working days (Saturdays included) to the East Coast and three days to the Western US.

Our software will operate on any computer that runs Windows 95, Windows 98 or Windows 2000.  Obviously the performance will be noticeably improved on better machines, but there are few actual hardware limitations.  However, we have provided the technical minimum and our recommended hardware configurations on the chart below.

Software Requirements

Our Microsoft Excel based software requires either either Excel 97, Excel 2000 or Excel 2002 on your computer. Many people have Excel on their computer as a part of Microsoft Office. You may also purchase it separately at any software store for approximately $100.00.


The QuickBooks Pro Template Files will operate on any version of QuickBooks Pro, although we recommend that you have either QuickBooks Pro 99, QuickBooks Pro 2000, QuickBooks Pro 2001, or QuickBooks Pro 2002.

Product Warranty

SUMMARY

Our Limited Warranty may be summarized as follows: We guarantee that our software will perform substantially as represented, and that the software media (discs or CD) will be free of defects, for a period of Ninety (90) days from your date of purchase or we will replace them at no charge to you.

Upgrades

NEW RELEASE GUARANTEE

You are entitled to a FREE upgrade to any new version of any product you purchased for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of your original purchase.  For example, if you purchase SpecWriter 5.0, and we release a new SpecWriter 6.0 within 90 days, you are entitled to a FREE copy.  This protects you from having to pay for a new version of a recently purchased product.


NEW UPGRADE GUARANTEE

You are entitled a FREE upgrade within the same product series for any product you purchase for as long as we support that product series.  In other words, you are entitled to receive any improved versions of the same product series (same version number).  A product series may be determined by the first number of the version number. For example SpecWriter 5.0, SpecWriter 5.1, SpecWriter 5.2 are all in the same product series.


FREE REPLACEMENT GUARANTEE

You are entitled to FREE replacements of any product you purchase for as long as we offer that same product. This is helpful if your original disc or CD was lost or damaged.


Free upgrades and replacements must be downloaded from our website.  There is a $10.00 fee for shipping & handling if you want a upgrade or replacement discs or CD's mailed to you.


 
Returns

GENERAL INFORMATION

Product returns are not fun for anybody, and of course we try to do everything to keep them to a minimum.  Because we already know that all the products work as represented, the most common reason for a return would simply be that the software did not fit your needs.  Therefor, we encourage you to review the descriptions, screen shots and sample reports available on this website before you make your purchase.  In addition, you are encourage to call us to discuss any product that you are interested in but still have questions about.  We'll be pleased to answer any questions and engage in an in depth discussion about how the products work and how they might be of benefit to you.


RETURNING SOFTWARE DELIVERED by MAIL or OTHER DELIVERY SERVICE

Products with original manuals, inserts and unopened CD envelopes may be returned for a refund for any reason within thirty (30) days.  Returns must be shipped at the buyers expense.  There is a $20.00 restocking charge for all such returns.

may not be returned.

RETURNING SOFTWARE DELIVERED by INTERNET

Products delivered via the Internet through this website are not returnable.  This is due to the nature of an internet sale wherein the software Key Code has already been released.


REFUND METHODS

Refunds for returned products will be made within 7 days of our receipt of the product, and will be made in the same manner in which the original purchase was made.  In other words, purchases by check will be refunded by check, purchases by credit card will be made as a credit to the same credit card, etc.
