This is the Front Cover Page for the Standard Contract.  This page contains the general agreement, the list of contract documents, and the signatures.  This document requires terms and conditions to be printed on the back side.  This contract also requires the Price and Payment Schedule, and additional separate specifications, as well as any other addendum that may necessary for the specific project.  This contract is designed for projects from $10,000 up to $50,000.
