This is the easiest way to order our products. Simply complete the on-line order form and select the submit button. You will receive an immediate Email confirmation that your order was received, and we will process and send your Key Codes within 24 hours, usually the same day.
ORDERING by PHONE
You may place your order by telephone at any time. During regular office hours, we are generally available to take your order directly, in which case we will process your order and provide your Key Codes immediately.
PAYMENT by CREDIT CARD
We accept Visa and MasterCard (sorry, no American Express). You may use your credit card with any of the four ordering options detailed above. When completing the order form, be sure to double check your credit card number and expiration date.
PAYMENT by CHECK
You may pay for your order via a company or personal check. You can submit your order online or by phone, but we cannot email your keycodes until the day we receive your check.
We accept purchase orders from Government organizations, Educational institutions and corporations listed in the NASDAQ. Just fax or mail your purchase order and we will ship you order within 24 hours. We will invoice your organization with the expectation of payment within 30 days.
DELIVERY by EMAIL
This is by far the easiest and fastest method for receiving you order. You may download all of our software and manuals form the website at any time. When we receive your order, we will email your Key Code, which will allow you to execute the installation file to install the software on you computer immediately. In addition, all the manuals are available through the website, where you may read them on line, download them into your computer, and/or print them at any time.

In other words, you are entitled to receive any improved versions of the same product series (same version number). A product series may be determined by the first number of the version number. For example SpecWriter 5.0, SpecWriter 5.1, SpecWriter 5.2 are all in the same product series.
Product returns are not fun for anybody, and of course we try to do everything to keep them to a minimum. Because we already know that all the products work as represented, the most common reason for a return would simply be that the software did not fit your needs. Therefor, we encourage you to review the descriptions, screen shots and sample reports available on this website before you make your purchase. In addition, you are encourage to call us to discuss any product that you are interested in but still have questions about. RETURNING SOFTWARE DELIVERED by INTERNET
Products delivered via the Internet through this website are not returnable. This is due to the nature of an internet sale wherein the software Key Code has already been released.
